[BernieW46] it seems the game is big money and if the athletes / students in their spare time on the side are employees they should be compensated as such and be allowed to cash in on their fame. I agree. But my larger point and the court said it wasn’t their place and I agree is that the rules and incentives that allow the big money game to exist in the first place seem wrong.
