I had a momentary feeling of schadenfreude seeing this 16 yo thug go down. That’s passed. What can be done to prevent something tragic like this from happening again? He had been recently released from a two year stint in juvie. Looks like he was hanging out with his older brother and his friend. The man who was being robbed shouldn’t have gone back to make sure the kid was dead. He was clearly out of danger by that point.
